Refund policy

At ChappyRoots, we take pride in providing healthy, happy plants. Because plants are living things, things can happen. 

Live arrival guarantee: if you take a photo or video of your plant within 24 hours of the package being delivered, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as necessary. 

We will not compensate for minor shipping damage such as leaf blemishes, cosmetic damage, or normal shipping stress. New growth and recovery is expected as the plant acclimates to its new home.
